The Black Hand has issued a Bounty to the Kindred who brings proof of the demise and final death of the Malkavian Carl_Felix. A local Necropolis, NY Black Hand Member has issued this Bounty and offers up a Boon to the Vampire who does the kill.

Charges:
Poaching another Vampire's herd, even after being warned off.
Breaking the Masquerade with a mortal.
Threatening the life of a powerful Sabbat member's living heir while under the flag of Truce with the major sects of the city.
Hunting in another's territory without gaining permission for hospitality or domain.

If this Carl_Felix is brought alive to the Sabbat Pack leader or the Black Hand representative. The offer of hunting rights and hospitality is offered for the term of two hundred years within the pack's territory. Under the terms of Sabbat and Camarilla laws.
